Why Bridgeline?
People often seek help because they are feeling stuck and unsure where to start.
At Bridgeline I help individuals and couples get unstuck using practical, solution-focused counseling—with faith integrated if that matters to you.
We’ll process what you’re going through, and we won’t just talk about change—we’ll build a bridge to it.
Individual Counseling
Life can feel overwhelming at times. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, grief, depression, or simply feeling stuck, counseling provides a space to slow down, gain clarity, and move forward with purpose.
At Bridgeline Counseling Services, individual counseling is more than just talking about problems. Together, we'll identify what's keeping you stuck, develop practical strategies for change, and work toward meaningful goals that improve your daily life and overall well-being.
You don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. Whether you're facing a specific struggle or simply want to become the healthiest version of yourself, counseling can help you build a bridge from where you are to where you want to be.
Couples Counseling
Every relationship faces challenges. Communication breaks down, conflict becomes repetitive, emotional connection fades, and partners can begin to feel more like roommates than teammates. Couples counseling provides a space to step out of those patterns and begin rebuilding understanding, trust, and connection.
At Bridgeline Counseling Services, couples counseling is designed to help you move beyond simply managing conflict and toward creating a healthier, stronger relationship. Whether you're struggling with communication, recurring arguments, trust issues, emotional distance, or a major life transition, we'll work together to identify what's keeping your relationship stuck and develop practical tools to move forward.
For couples looking to make significant progress in a shorter amount of time, Couples Intensives are also available. These extended sessions provide three or four hours of focused, uninterrupted work—allowing us to accomplish what often takes several weeks of traditional counseling. Intensives are ideal for couples seeking a relationship reset, navigating a major challenge, or wanting to build momentum quickly.
Whether you're hoping to repair your relationship, strengthen an already healthy marriage, or prepare for a future together, counseling—or a Couples Intensive—can provide the guidance, structure, and practical tools needed to create lasting change.
Coaching
Coaching is designed for individuals and couples who want to move forward in a specific area of life but feel stuck, uncertain, or overwhelmed by the next step. Whether you're navigating a relationship challenge, a major decision, a life transition, or pursuing personal growth, coaching provides focused support and practical guidance to help you make meaningful progress.
At Bridgeline Counseling Services, coaching is action-oriented and goal-focused. Rather than exploring mental health concerns or treating psychological conditions, coaching centers on where you are now, where you want to be, and the steps needed to bridge the gap. Together, we'll identify obstacles, clarify goals, develop strategies, and create accountability for lasting change.
My coaching style is direct, encouraging, and practical. Drawing on years of experience in counseling, relationship coaching, leadership, and pastoral ministry, I help clients gain insight, build confidence, and take purposeful action toward the life and relationships they want. Coaching can help you move from intention to action.
A bridge doesn’t eliminate the distance—it gives you a way across it.
At Bridgeline, therapy isn’t just about talking through problems. It’s about building a clear path from where you are to where you want to be—with practical tools, intentional conversations, and real progress along the way.
Our Approach
Faith-Informed
If faith is important to you, it has a place here. It can be part of the process in a way that feels natural and grounded.
Trauma-Informed
Your experiences are taken seriously. We move at a pace that feels safe, with an understanding of how past experiences shape the present.
Solution-Focused
We don’t just talk about problems—we also practically focus on helping you find a way to cross the distance between where you are and where you want to be.
