Meet Your Therapist
For more than 15 years, I've had the privilege of helping individuals, couples, families, churches, and organizations navigate life's most difficult challenges. As both a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and ordained pastor, I bring together clinical expertise and real-world experience to help people create meaningful, lasting change.
Throughout my career, I've walked alongside people through anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, grief, life transitions, spiritual questions, and seasons of uncertainty. Those experiences have reinforced a simple truth: people don't just need someone to listen—they need someone who can help them move forward.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I believe insight is important, but insight alone isn't enough. Together, we'll identify what's keeping you stuck, develop healthier patterns of thinking and relating, and create practical strategies you can apply long after our sessions end.
My clinical work draws from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy. When clients desire, I'm also able to thoughtfully integrate Christian faith and biblical principles into the counseling process while always providing care that is ethical, clinically sound, and tailored to each individual's goals.
Beyond the therapy room, I speak to churches, conferences, businesses, and community organizations on topics including mental health, relationships, men's emotional wellness, leadership, and faith. Whether I'm counseling one person or speaking to hundreds, my mission is the same: equipping people with practical tools that foster healthier lives, stronger relationships, and lasting transformation.
