Couples Counseling/Coaching: $175 Each Session

Couples Intensives: Available in 3- and 4-hour formats. Please call for pricing and scheduling.

We understand finances can be a concern. Depending on your insurance, your sessions may be fully or partially covered. Sliding scale fees are available. Reach out anytime, and we’ll help you understand your options.

  • Bridgeline offers individual therapy, couples therapy, individual coaching and relationship coaching.

  • Counseling is a professional therapeutic process that helps you address emotional, mental health, or relational challenges. It often focuses on understanding past experiences, healing from trauma, and developing coping strategies.

    Coaching, on the other hand, is forward-focused and action-oriented. It helps you set goals, create practical strategies, and improve relationships or life skills without focusing on diagnosing or treating mental health conditions.

    Counseling can be covered by insurance while coaching is only private pay.

  • Getting started is simple:

    2. You can choose a free 15 minute consultation or book your initial session

    3. Choose a time that works for you

    From there, your session will be confirmed.
