As a licensed clinical counselor and ordained pastor with over a decade of experience, I've walked with individuals and families through some of their most challenging seasons. I began my work providing pastoral counseling and later pursued clinical training and licensure to expand the depth and scope of care I offer. In therapy, I strive to create a safe, grounded space where clients can be honest, explore what’s getting in the way, and move toward meaningful change. I have supported clients through relationship conflict, life transitions, stress, and moments of crisis, and I bring both professionalism and empathy into the room.
While many clients appreciate integrating their faith and biblical values into the therapeutic process, I am equally comfortable working from a fully secular approach. Therapy is always collaborative and tailored to the needs, values, and goals of each client.
My approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and solution-focused strategies. I am also a Certified Prepare/Enrich premarital and marital facilitator. If this approach feels like a good fit, I’d be glad to walk with you in the next step toward growth and healing.
